New Product Development — Travel Insurance
A new Travel Insurance product launched in partnership with PJ Hayman, going from zero to market at speed. Starting as a direct offering and later evolving into a seamless home insurance add-on, it unlocked a new revenue stream and proved cross-sell demand. The product now scales 20–30% month-on-month with average transaction values consistently above budget.
IKEA Home Insurance
A new white-label IKEA branded home insurance product launching in partnership with IKEA UK. Starting with three direct offerings (Buildings & Contents, Contents only, and Buildings only), and a Buildings & Contents offering on one Price Comparison Website (PCW), it aims to leverage IKEA's global brand and customer base to test the value of brand on PCWs, grow direct channels, and achieve trading volumes of 27,000 on-risk customers within the first year.
Urban Jungle Brand Refresh
Urban Jungle’s brand was refreshed to be more distinctive, relevant, and conversion-focused for 2024 and beyond. The project updated positioning, messaging, and visual identity across every customer touchpoint, with the goal of improving brand understanding, trust, retention, and conversion. The result was a cohesive system that aligned Product, Marketing, Design, and Engineering under a single, modern brand expression.
Syclops Claims Platform
Designed and scaled a B2B claims management platform to support Urban Jungle’s growing in-house claims handling. The project replaced manual, spreadsheet-based workflows with a structured, auditable system designed to improve accuracy, collaboration, and operational efficiency in a highly regulated environment. The result was a robust platform that aligned Claims, Operations, Finance, Insurance, and Data teams around a single source of truth.
New Product Development — Car Insurance
A new Car Insurance product launched to re-enter the market after a period of exit, going from zero to live on OpenGI with Ageas. Initially released via Price Comparison Websites including MSM and Confused, the product integrated premium finance and RAC add-ons to support competitive pricing and coverage. The launch re-established Urban Jungle’s presence in motor insurance and created a foundation for future growth, cross-sell, and channel expansion.
